• HIV/PrEP, with an additional focus on mental health and SUD
• Continue expanding/transitioning patients to injectable therapies for HIV treatment and prevention
• Help co-manage any mental health or SUD injectables
• Collaborate with ID providers to optimize care for patients
• Assist with expansion of services across ambulatory clinics and community partners
