Antimicrobial Stewardship & /COpAT/OPAT Pharmacy Specialist–
The Department of Pharmaceutical Services at WVU Medicine- J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital is recruiting for a full-time clinical pharmacy specialist to enhance the Antimicrobial Stewardship, Complex Outpatient Oral Antimicrobial Therapies (COpAT) and Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) Programs.
