Reports of infections with an extensively drug-resistant strain of Verona Integron-mediated Metallo-βlactamase (VIM) and Guiana-Extended Spectrum-β-Lactamase (GES)-producing carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 12 states.
